The Blue-crown is primarily green. It has a small light-blue color on the top of the head It also has the Conure white-patch eye.

The white eye patch of the blue crown conure is usually larger in the male. Also, the feathers on the cere are slightly longer on the male.
Venezuela, Columbia, and Brazil.
The Blue-crowns have been regarded as one of the most intellegent conures. Can be taught to talk, and are very affectionate.
As with most Aritanga, it has a loud voice.
